1) Lyrically, hell yes - "The Jay-z song was on"
2) More importantly, that synth sound underneath the chorus, particularly the flourishes after "movin' my hips like yeah"
3) She can (pole)dance (story here)
Right after that on the radio, a more predictably tight song, with a similarly killin' synth line:
